Sunnydale has an open plan upstairs TV lounge with an electric fire and a double pull out sofa bed across the landing from the master bedroom. Downstairs there are 2 smaller in size single bedrooms, one with an extra pull out bed. The trundle bed mattress is 5ft 8" by 2ft 6 " and is more suited to a child. The bathroom has a bath, toilet and corner shower.
